Service Description
Sports Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue to prevent or improve an injury. The Therapist will focus on the injury site and may perform stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, and Active Release Therapy. Sports Massage is generally a deep tissue massage and not necessarily for sports injury only.
Cancellation Policy
◾ To keep on schedule, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment time to review your brief medical history form and to assess for the best plan. If you are a current client, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. ◾ Please understand that we work on a tight schedule. We ask for a 12 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Requests outside of this time limit will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service cost the day of your appointment if applicable, or prior to any future appointments. ◾ Late clients could be subject to a shortened session.
